Jason is a long-term care worker who’s fighting for something better.
Jason has worked in long-term care for 24 years, is President of CUPE Local 1472, and has held many positions in the trade union movement. He has sat on the Kings County Police Advisory Committee.
Working families face many challenges today in Kings West. Jason is a vocal advocate for public day care, living wages, and dignity for seniors. As a front-line worker he understands the need for robust public services to keep people and communities healthy and thriving. Jason is proud to be working with Gary Burrill’s NDP for a Nova Scotia where prosperity is shared by all.
Jason has lived in Kings County his entire life and has been married for 23 years. He and his wife Loretta have two young adult children, Tyler and Crystal.
